This roof in Columbia TN was originally an old mixed smooth and gravel Built-Up Roof that had been neglected for many years. This Mod Bit roof had developed all kinds of leaks and after several failed attempts to stop them, they called us in and we installed. StagePost Studios haired us to replace their failing ballasted roof with an energy efficient single-ply membrane cool roof.

We had a new roof, one guaranteed for 25 years, put on in 2010. Since then we've had so many leaks I've lost count. The company that did the original installation went out of business. A few years ago we found Les Williams at TLC Pro Roofing. He is amazing. He either sends his crew or he comes personally to our house, finds the nails that have popped, and fixes the leak. I highly recommend Les and his crew at TLC Pro Roofing.
