The Association is accredited by the American Lumber Standard Committee (ALSC) as a lumber rules writing agency, and as an agency to provide inspection services for lumber, timbers, densified fuels (wood pellets), and wood packaging materials. This means that your our products can be shipped overseas. We are strong contributors when it comes to recycling and reusing raw materials. Our production processes allow us to be more efficient with our raw materials and create less waste.

Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, also known as just-in-time production or the Toyota production system (TPS), is a methodology aimed primarily at reducing flow times within production as well as response times from suppliers and to customers. Drop Testing measures the effects and interactions of the levels of packaging, the package contents, external forces, and end-use.
J&M Packaging Corp has been in business for over 15 years and has a combined industry expertise of over 50 years. We are manufacturers of wood crates, custom corrugated cartons and die cut foam inserts. We also stock a full line of shipping supplies. We design and fabricate all of our products here in our warehouse located in North Amityville NY.
Just in Time is exactly that. We get you the product just in time for your needs to ship, you don't stock inventory in your building, we do it for you. In essence, have your product come off its processing into the receiving area, and receive the packaging material within a day of that so that you are not holding inventory and costs do not hit your bottom line.
Lean Manufacturing is a process in which we lean up the product, we use just what you need. No more, no less without sacrificing the safety of the product. We offer you an economical advantage. The only downfall is if you have someone who does not know how to use lean manufacturing properly, they may focus more on the cost rather than the safety of the product.
We physically go out to your place of business and we look at the packaging you currently buy from us. Whether it be stock or custom material, we will manage the inventory that is stable to your minimum and maximum requirements. We will maintain those minimums and maximums as per needed.
