Premier Home Health Care began in September of 1992 when Jim Goff and Susan Haralson began this venture with five patients and seven employees. They, in less than one year, hired an office staff and haven't looked back! Premier has grown and evolved throughout the years providing thousands of clients quality home care and gaining a reputation as one of the most respected healthcare agencies in Missouri.

Agency Model & Consumer Directed Services (C.D.S.) offered for our in-home program are personal care, homemaker chores, advanced personal care, respite/sitter, and live-in companion.
Premier Home Health Care's in home care services are listed below. These services are typically funded by Medicaid, VA Benefits, Workman's Compensation, Insurance or Private Pay arrangements. To inquire about any of these services, contact us online or at the office nearest to you.
CDS is a Missouri Medicaid program that provides personal care attendant (PCA) services if you are physically disabled, in need of assistance, and want to live independently.You will direct your own care by hiring family members or friends to assist with daily living activities, all paid for by Missouri Medicaid.

If you would like to work with an individual through the Consumer Directed Services (C.D.S.) program, please select the C.D.S. application. Contact the office nearest to you to find out information regarding current employment opportunities.
Medicaid can cover nursing visits 100% on a limited annual basis. For those who qualify, they must order these visits. In addition, Medicaid can also pay for personal care and homemaker chores when the Division of Health and Senior Services authorizes them through Premier Home Health Care. These services can be provided on an ongoing basis as long as the individual continues to meet the state program guidelines.
