Services
Hearing is a vital part of communication and connection. Hearing loss, even in its earliest stages, can lead to feelings of isolation. At 4 Bridges Audiology, we are committed to helping our patients bridge the gap between hearing loss and living their best lives. Our patients are our mission. We believe that hearing healthcare should be effective, affordable, and trustworthy.
Dr. Guthrie moved to Chattanooga with her husband, John, in 2010. They have two daughters, Ella Parker and Anna Kate. Dr. Guthrie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, yoga, and paddleboarding. She and her family enjoy everything the city has to offer and love calling Chattanooga home.
At 4 Bridges Audiology, Dr. Guthrie partners with each patient to provide proper hearing aid fittings. She will help you determine the right type of hearing aid based on your needs. Those patients dealing with more severe hearing loss may benefit from in-the-ear (ITE)hearing aids or behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids.
When hearing aids are no longer improving clarity of speech, a cochlear implant may be the best option for you. Cochlear implants have been around since the 1980s and have been a game changer for those with poor speech understanding with their current hearing aids. Dr. Guthrie conducts cochlear implant candidacy testing to ensure that each patient receives the most appropriate recommendation in terms of hearing devices.
Diagnostic hearing evaluations can help patients establish a baseline for their current hearing levels and, at the least, help shape a strategy to prevent further loss. Early hearing evaluations can be invaluable in understanding how to effectively protect and preserve your ability to hear. We also provide speech-in-noise testing to determine how you hear with ambient noise.

Hearings aids were purchased in another state but 4 bridges was graciously able to work with them at a very good price. They now have a customer that will spread the word about their professional way of helping someone even though they weren't purchased at their business. Kudos to you for taking care of a patient in need!!

I had great expectations when I made my appointment with 4 Bridges. I was not disappointed! The service and attention I received was TRULY EXEMPLARY! Courtney actually listened to me and gave a fair and honest evaluation of my condition and reccommendations of the products that would suit my needs best. After being ripped off by another Audiologist in the Chattanooga area I was pleasantly surprised. 4 Bridges Audiology should be your first (and only) stop in your quest for the hearing solution that is right for you!
