Alexxia arrived and finished the job within the 1 hour appointment window. She was friendly, thorough and efficient.
When I made the appointment, she advised me to check the dryer circuit breakers before she came out. She said the heater is on a separate breaker from the motor, and why pay her $100 to flip a circuit breaker. The breaker wasn't the problem, but I appreciated her sharing a simple fix.
I will definitely call her again.
