Divorce is often difficult and emotionally distressing. In fact, it ranks right up there with death, taxes and buying or selling a home in terms of stress. Understandably, many people would rather avoid going to court. At Bier Family Law, our goal is to obtain critical spousal support, parenting time and custody awards for clients who need it, and to make support and other concessions reasonable for those who have to give it.
