Services
Hoover's Immediate Intervention is the Key to Effective, Cost-Controlled Claims Management. Our 1-800 injury reporting services are there the moment an injury occurs - to collect information, inform the carrier, and quickly comply with multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements.

Based on your protocols, our nurses can meet your data intake, claim direction and reporting needs with fully- or partially-integrated, even stand-alone injury reporting services.Customers use our 1-800 injury reporting services to reduce costs; increase workflow and efficiency; improve report timeliness, accuracy and compliance; and to receive First Report of Injury (FROI) and Second Report of Injury (SROI) data.
Employers benefit from our case management success when they are able to maintain the employment of an existing worker, and thereby avoid the costs associated with hiring and training new workers. Our involvement ultimately helps them control the costs of workers' compensation. Medical case management benefits the carrier in terms of reduced costs when recovery time is shortened and unwarranted treatment is avoided.
At Hoover, Telephonic Case Management (TCM) is employed as part of a comprehensive workers' compensation management program conducted in partnership with our customers. The primary goal of TCM is to establish appropriate treatment and timely return-to-work plans for individuals who are injured on the job.
Since 1979, Hoover has provided vocational case management services to help injured workers get back to work in the shortest time possible. At Hoover, we believe the injured worker's active participation in his or her own rehabilitation will always yield the greatest opportunity to achieve the best possible claim outcome - the return to work.
Hoover employs industry-leading technology to quickly incorporate customer-specific rules and changing jurisdictional requirements to reprice medical bills everywhere our customers do business.

At Hoover, medical bill repricing services involve the expert analysis of medical bills using industry-leading software, in conjunction with the most complete, accurate and up-to-date data available in states where medical bills are dictated by fee schedule, or where usual and customary charges apply.
