Workmanlike dry cleaners, as good as most. Don't expect a NYC 'French' cleaner. Staff, unfailingly nice. Will redo cleaning failures, which comes with the territory. Better to point out spots in advance. Best part, they are the only game in town, actually in the area, so could be much worse. Performance always good enough. It is a rural area, after all.

Just fully moved up to Hudson, looking for a good dry cleaner. Out of the three actually in Hudson, Em Kay in Valatie had the better of the reviews - not great but better. I dropped off two pillow cases, one with blood stains on it, was told they could clean it out no problem. Went to pick up said pillow cases - blood still there. Found out the person “checking” the items in hadn’t passed along there was blood. Lady checking me out looked for the symbol that dry cleaners use when they communicate “we couldn’t get this out” - there was none. Pulled actual dry cleaning man over to ask

I brought in pants, shirt and sport coat to be cleaned on a Monday. They told me they would be ready on Thursday. I explained that I needed them for a wake on Wednesday and if they could not accomplish that I would bring them to another cleaner. They assured me that they would be ready on Wednesday. When my son went to pick up the cloths they were not ready. One ticket had Wednesday on it and the other had Thursday on it. The older gentleman at the counter told him they were not supposed to be ready until Thursday and he doesn’t know what to tell him. No apology, just “well I don’t know what

Walked in and over the course of 4 minutes I had to say hello 7 times before the owner from the back acknowledged my presence. He then yelled from the back room, “I heard you, Yeah yeah yeah...”. I left and will NEVER EVER return. I’ve lived here for 25 years and used to love this place. It is simply awful.
