I bought yhe combo printer. They are third party sellers and don't have any te hnucal support and all sales final because apparently it's illegal to put the stencil ink inside voids all warranties. They don't offer any type of help. For 600$ it lasted a few months and they were very rude telling me basically I was shot out of luck and need to purchase a new one. Constant paper jams. They're paper is folded and promotes paper jams. Good luck with technical support its a European model that doesn't have phone numbers and emails getting scrutinized becasue its united Kingdom and need a postal code

changed ...I always pay with a card now due to the whole COVID thing but the one time I didn't have a chance to..the employee was hassling me about it and was under the impression that I always payed with cash every time when that wasn't the case if she just looked at the order history she would know. Every time I show up this employee always has a bad attitude to where I told myself as of now I will not be going back to Joker Tattoo Supply ever ...who wants to pay 3x the price and put up with a bad attitude employee not me that

I purchased an eco tank printer from this company it was sent with a bottle of black ink which I was never told that I could not use or it will mess the machine up I use the black ink and the printer was no longer usable for what I purchased it for when contacting the company they said that was nothing that they can do for me to help me now I have a printer that does not work and I lost $560 I reached out several times to speak to someone higher up and was on able to I feel I was treated as a number not a as a person I will never purchase anything else from this companyhasn't even been a week that

I went into this shop today after a quick google search for some piercing supplies in my area. I got a bit concerned when I got near saw the part of town that it was in, lots of sketchy people wandering around across the street. I was glad that I had a friend with.

I have been ordering from Joker Tattoo Supply now for 2 years. Every time I order, my shipment is sent the same day I order it. The supplies are top notch and the pricing is great. Not sure what thermal paper Gail received but each sheet of the Joker thermal paper I have used has been better than any other I've tried. I use a thermal copier and also draw out my transfers free hand. No problems at all. Keep up the good work Joker Tattoo Supply.
