Lakeview Residence provides a variety of services for adults who require assistance with daily activities while providing around the clock care. We assist our residents to maintain appropriate levels of independence while managing physical and mental health diagnosis. We provide three home cooked meals everyday, housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with personal care, and monitoring of medications in a family-like atmosphere.
A licensed nurse is staffed weekly to monitor special needs of our residents. Medical and other appointments can be scheduled by our staff, including transportation to and from arranged appointments. Our residents range in age and needs. We accept male and females aged 18 and older. We provide a safe home for the elderly, chronically mentally ill, and recovering chemically dependent individuals.

Services
Lakeview Residence is a residential group home that provides a variety of services. We has been a part of the vibrant Virginia community for over 30 years. We have been a privately owned family business since our doors opened in 1982, only changing owners once in that period. Our residents range in age and needs.
All facilities provide a safe environment where residents' needs can be met with dignity in a setting that meets the physical and social needs of the individual. Our primary commitment is to assist our residents in maintaining their independence to the fullest. An unique quality of our setting is that feeling of independence, while being safely supervised.
Lakeview Residence accepts self pay, SSI & RSDI, and Minnesota state funding, including GRH, CADI Waivers, and Elderly Waivers. If you have a need for funding assistance, please contact your county human services agency. Residents are expected to finance the program through their work effort and through financial support from family members.
