Driver NEVER showed to take me to Melbourne airport on 10/8/20. Reserved online AND called to double check reservation. After multiple calls to dispatch,I was told driver wasn't answering his phone. After about 15 minutes called back yet again and was told the driver ran out of gas and sliced his tire.??????and yet driver never called company to report problem. When I asked what happens now, dispatch told me "we just don't have a lot of drivers"cancelled car and scrambled to find alternate ride.

The driver was very nice and pick up both directions was on time. However, the driver rode the gas petal the entire trip, on and off, lurching the entire trip and making everyone carsick. The GMC SUV was also not appropriately safe for a professional service. To old, not clean and none of the seatbelts in the second row work at all. The engine light was on. Won’t call again. The lurching ride without seatbelts- not okay for transporting my children.

We arrived at Melbourne airport and no one knew where we were supposed to get this shuttle. No direction from the company. When I called, she kept telling me to "Go to the desk". I asked numerous times where the desk was and all she kept saying was "go to the desk". She obviously had no idea. We scrapped it and grabbed an Uber. Do not use this shuttle company!

I called a day before to schedule a ride to the Melbourne Airport. They took my info but forgot to record my pickup time. She called me back early the next morning long before my scheduled pickup to get the time. Her attentiveness to the details of the day's schedule is a testament to how the business is run in my opinion, despite the easy mistake. I say easy because I would imagine most customers request a ride as soon as possible. As for the pickup, the driver arrived on time. He was polite and courteous. He also made a quick effort getting me to the airport. The rate was reasonable as well,

Melbourne Taxi provided exactly what we needed for a late night flight arrival. They called and verified our flight landing and our Driver; Don was there as promised. He was very friendly and nice to talk to. We will definitely call them for our next ride - I highly recommend you call them first. Reasonable rates and on point with their service.!!

I was honestly surprised at how affordable this taxi service was. I called and there was a driver at my location in no more than 10 minutes. At this point, I don't bother calling other taxi companies because they're not as affordable and quick as this one. The driver was extremely nice and I will definitely continue using this taxi service!
