We offer sandblasting only OR in conjunction with our powder coating. We have a large 20'x30' indoor blast room with a reclaim system that will allow us to handle large items. We also carry several medias such as walnut shell, baking soda (soda), and glass beads for those of you that need a specialized blasting alternative.
Thermoplastic Coating is a special type of powder coating designed specifically for HIGH SALT SPRAY ENVIRONMENTS. It offers corrosion protection and chemical resistance for all types of metals. The thermoplastic melts to form a fusion bonded coating to metal items and produces a thick, tough flexible coating with an attractive decorative finish.
