Martial Arts Fitness is the most trusted name in fitness kickboxing instruction and cross training since opening in 2010. We offer a wide variety of martial arts and fitness based programming for the entire family. Our first goal is to teach you great skills and you'll see that in your first class as we take the time to go over all of the kickboxing techniques with you one on one. We also play an active role in the community, getting involved in local events and programs.

Now the picture here is not from 8 weeks but from the effects of sticking to the program even after it was complete. The coaches taught me how to push harder in workouts and eat like my body was important to me. I'm so much more in love with life because I can move more and do things I never even considered doing before.

C.O.B.R.A. is guaranteed to make any age, skill level or fitness level ready for confrontation and defense. THIS COURSE IS NOT ABOUT: learning MMA, how to kill someone or about weapons. It's about going home at the end of the day, what it takes to survive and being mentally and physically capable in a dangerous situation.
We can help! During orientation we will evaluate your child's fitness level and nutrition habits. With this program we will help teens and their parents to understand what it takes to see success in health and fitness. We will provide you with tools to help your teen change. We have a 5 Week Course they can start with to make sure they are understanding what their body needs and how to workout effectively.

Awesome stress relief.
The instructors are all really supportive and encouraging. They give tips throughout the workout so you're constantly improving your form and getting the most out of the workout!

My girlfriend and I were looking for an alternative workout program from the traditional 5 days a week at your local gym. I did some research and came across MA Fitness (we chose the Pinellas park location). I emailed over about a drop-in class and received a friendly/prompt email inviting us to visit.
This was my first time checking out anything besides the local "steak" gym, so I wasn't sure how I would like it.
We met 2 trainers 15 minutes before class to learn the movements, get our gloves, and understand how the class works.
The biggest thing that blew me away was the family atmosphere

If your looking to learn something new and get a killer workout this is the place. From the day I started it’s been a challenge but the instructors are awesome! They help you every step of the way, there encouraging, and full of energy. Marissa has been welcoming since day 1. I signed up for a month to test it out, and I’ll be signing back up again because of how great it’s been. I have recommended this place to anyone I know looking to try something new and have fun at the same time.

One of the best places to learn martial arts or get an incredible workout in, MA Fitness is definitely worth checking out and joining! High powered, fun workouts that challenge you to be better than you were yesterday. They have been super welcoming and this spirit fosters a really great attitude that is passed onto the students and everyone that trains there! Whatever ways you are trying to reach your fitness goals, the coaches can make it happen with their years of experience and resources they make available to you.
