We just had a 9,460 Watt Solar system designed by Sean Taylor and installed by his team from Texas Solar Guys L.L.C. out of Buda Texas.
I had researched the possibility getting a Solar system for years and finally decided I was ready. I looked at 4 other bids: 3 from National companies and 1 other local company. Sean and team designed and installed a roof mounted solar array at my home in Austin. From day one Sean was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner and proposed a cost effective and innovative system from the get go. I had a lot of questions and Sean impressed me with his ability to clearly explain his solution and why it was the best.

On-time, great customer service, friendly, knowledgable and fixed the issues I was having with my solar panels. I bought my house with solar panels already installed and had no knowledge of how to monitor them or if they were working properly. When they stopped reading, I contacted Texas Solar Guys and they were able to address what the issue was and have them up in running quickly. Sean and Texas Solar Guys did an amazing job installing my new solar system. Sean was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They installed top-of-the-line panels and took the time to walk me through the online/mobile monitoring app. Sean also made himself available to help with upgrading my electrical system to ensure everything was up to code for the install. I had been interested in Solar energy for a quite few years, and always knew it was something I would eventually commit to having installed. I wanted to make certain that the time was right, and also to find the right company to do the work.

Just had my solar inverters changed out. Had to find a new company since the one that installed them is gone. Not too many companies will work on someone else’s units. I found Texas Solar Guys on my inverter’s site as people they work with.
They upgraded my solar panels and fixed the dreaded poor configuration of the racking. (The panels had to be removed to replace burnt out inverters but they were hooked together!) It was a simple fix but no one before recommended it.

Sean and Texas Solar Guys came out and installed a 9.3kW system at my Northwest Hills Home in late 2018. I received many quotes, and Sean beat them all by a notable margin with the longest hardware and service warranties. He also promised a faster delivery (he beat estimates there).
