I’m a first time policyholder and everyone that’s been helping me here has been absolutely wonderful and very good at answering any and all questions that I’ve had. It’s been especially nice working with them because I had the misperception that all insurance agents and agency’s didn’t really care about you unless you’d been a policyholder for 10+ years, but these amazing gals proved otherwise.

Best service hands down. Raegan went above and beyond for us by faxing documents over and over and spending hours on the phone to correct an issue the bank had made in error. If she had not been that attentive we would have paid over 600 in fees. Because of her commitment and dedication we were refunded all of our money plus interest. Thank you!!

While I ended up canceling my policy shortly after starting it, due only to the fact my previous insurance company of 17 years decided they only wanted to give me a better rate when I cancelled with them...Allie Hewitt State Farm was a pleasure to work with. Their rates were more than fair, the process was quick, easy, and painless. The staff in the office are all very friendly and helpful, and never once did they try and sell me anything I didn’t need. Even though it didn’t work out this time, I’ll be going back if I ever have a need in the future.

I have to say that Allie in The Valley is like a ray of sunshine. These girls work hard to make sure that all the T's are crossed and all the I's are dotted. Not only do we do business with them but we have the pleasure of being in the same strip mall. All I can say is if you need insurance you can be assured it will be handled right if you use Allie in The Valley.
