The best way to to describe my experience with Pure Air is Above & Beyond.
Matt and his partner provided excellent customer service. The initial inspection was thorough, but not labored. And they made sure I understand everything that needed to be done, without talking down to me. Not only did they do a fast and amazing job with the mold removal, they noted and ultimately addressed various causes of water intrusion into the basement. Additionally, they came back after we painted to add a preventative agent in order to reduce the risk of the mold coming back. All that and they were 1/3 the cost

Matt and his team were prompt and professional from the first call. During the estimate they beat the competitors price and made sure they covered all the bases that any other company would of! They completed the job and were in and out of the house quickly and cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell they were there. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Pure Air was all we could have asked for and more. They came in during an incredible moment of need for a family and were both professional and empathetic, working with urgency and dedication to getting this family back in a safe and clean home. They removed all of the damaged carpet, flooring, and cabinets. They removed all mold, dirt, etc as well as sanitized the entire home.
