Rhodes Surveying has been providing Professional Land Surveys around North Texas since Barry Rhodes opened shop in 1979. After Barry retired in 2013, Brian and his wife Jennifer purchased the business, allowing them to bring decades of Land Surveying experience and make an already top land surveying company even better than before.
From day one they have committed themselves to keeping the company small enough to follow the family values Barry instilled, while being large enough to handle the demands of their clients and make sure the job is done correctly and quickly with the accuracy that the latest technology allows them. We are proud to introduce Jennifer Duran, our new Office Manager. Jennifer joined our management team in March and has since implemented systems that have made us faster and more efficient. She is an exceptional find in this industry. She brings with her years of management experience along with customer service experience.
Our surveys are detailed with a color-coded legend, therefore making them easy to read. Once completed, your survey is then emailed to you. In addition to the email, you will also receive a signed and sealed laminated survey hand-delivered within the DFW area. Some cities do require a survey. However, even if they do not require one, it is highly recommended that you have one completed. This will help prevent any discrepancies between you and your neighbor. The largest investment most people make is their home or land. Each landowner should have a survey completed of their property to ensure they are buying and getting what they believe they are.

This company has set the construction of a outdoor renovation back about three weeks by not delivering what was expected of them. Highly unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. Told them we needed drawings to submit for permits and needed detailed renderings and we were told that was fine. Then all we got was a cheap survey that we already had with a few extra lines drawn onto it. Now I need to get a different company to do the work I was told they would do. Basically robbed me for 2k
