I met Dr. Brancheau through my regular dentist who referred me. I had a bridge break and another tooth split. I was very hesitant to get implants because of how invasive I thought they were. Day of the surgery he was very careful to make sure I felt nothing and was comfortable for both the extraction and implant.
Alexah is a Pacific Northwest native, starting life in Portland, Oregon and settling down in Arlington, Washington since 2013. Alexah is an expert at helping our patients with scheduling, finances, insurance and treatment plan questions. She enjoys connecting with our patients and helping them with any questions they might have with their treatment.

Dr. Fadi Shaya is a native of the PNW, originally from Portland, OR. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Oregon Health & Science University, graduating with Great Honor and as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society.
He then completed a three-year Periodontics residency program at the University of Washington, earning a certificate in Periodontics and Implant Surgery as well as a Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD).During his residency, Dr. Shaya obtained diverse experience in all aspects of periodontal procedures including mucogingival, regenerative, corrective, and implant procedures.
He then completed a three-year Periodontics residency program at the University of Washington, earning a certificate in Periodontics and Implant Surgery as well as a Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD).During his residency, Dr. Shaya obtained diverse experience in all aspects of periodontal procedures including mucogingival, regenerative, corrective, and implant procedures.
We are located on the second floor in Sparling Technology Center in Lynnwood. It is a beautiful, modern facility with great views and plenty of on-site parking available. Our office is equipped with the latest technology to provide the best periodontal and implant services available. We designed it to be cozy and comfortable with plenty of natural light and artistic touches.
