Services
We are following the CDC recommendations. Our teams are wearing masks and disposables gloves while cleaning ( shoe covers are available previous request) We are also practicing social distance at all times. Our cleaning tools are disinfected after each house. Our Rags and mop heads are washed and disinfected daily in our laundry facility.

Ceci's was recommended to me by my realtor who had not used their services personally but said had a good review on an app used by realtors.
We paid over $400 for a move-in cleaning (3,000 sq ft home). Our home had already been cleaned by professional cleaners when the previous owners moved out but they had a dog and my family is sensitive to pet dander and I just wanted another good cleaning before we moved in. I requested that they focus on the windows, cabinets, drawers and floors (hardwood). When I asked for a deeper cleaning of the carpeted, I was told it would be an additional $70 for steam

The price was good. The maids were quick. But the house was not perfectly clean. It was acceptable but I expected more. After my first check in, it looked good. However after some close attention, I found that there were spots that were still not clean. It was not too bad but definitely not the best.

Ceci's Maids At Your Service has been phenomenal with handling my rental properties. They are always on time and do an amazing job cleaning! She auto-schedules cleans as the reservations come in, which takes less effort on my side. I have done this for years with other properties across Texas, and have never had the luck until now...I am blessed to have found such a great cleaning company as Ceci's. The owner Silvia is wonderful and is always there to help and tweak the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!

I will be going with another company in the future because I was quoted a deep clean and after 3 hours the house was definitely cleaned and I approved but upon closer inspection that night I noticed dust still. It was more like a surface clean. When I called to discuss instead of working with me on it I was told my house was dirty and it was clear it hadn't been done in a while so that was the best they could do. In response to why dust was still in the corners of the carpet I was told that the maids would've had to get on their hands and knees. This is why I asked for a deep clean!

I've been using Ceci's maids a little over 6 months now for monthly cleaning, with the occasional extra. We recently bought a new house and had scheduled a move-out clean of our old place but ended up needing a move-in clean for our new home as well. Sylvia was able to accommodate me the very next morning and they did a great job.
They have consistently been on time (which is huge considering some of the experiences I've had with past companies I tried) and always have a team of at least 2, if not 3 people. They are thorough and efficient and friendly. Bonus points for invoicing

On time, friendly, and efficient in cleaning my 2 bed/2.5 bath house. Setting up the appointment was a breeze! Three ladies were sent to do the job; took approximately 90 minutes. The only feedback I'd share is that for a first time customer there was no introduction upon arrival. I opened the door, the crew came in and got to work. Would have been nice to have a quick rundown of what to expect and opportunity to go over specifics of the house. Would use again!

UPDATE on 9/20: After this review, I was contacted by Sylvia. It seems that she did email me but that the email was not received/email went to spam. In her email, she did address my concerns about the cloth diapers being thrown away and for some of the missing cleaning. She also explained that her cleaners felt that they had cleaned the house after the short visit so that's why they left. I guess we keep our house too clean! Sylvia also offer a small discount on a future service which was a kind gesture. I'm not sure what we'll do going forward but I do appreciate know that
