We sold our sofa and love seat and were looking for a leather replacement. Other furniture stores were back ordered on inventory. We went to Hall's and not only found a beautiful Flexsteel leather sofa and loveseat, but it was in stock and at a great price. The owner Mike and his staff go out of their way to help. The delivery team was awesome and was able to deliver the same day. All around great experience and nice to shop local.

My Family has been buying furniture from Halls for decades. Always quality furniture and friendly knowledgeable staff.
I trust them 100%. Had them deliver to my elderly fathers home. Felt comfortable not being there when it was delivered. That is huge to me.

In March I bought a love seat and 2 barrel chairs for my formal living room. Since it's the first room you see you when you enter the house I wanted it to be elegant yet comfortable. I ordered a rug online with a pure white background, lots of different color blues, grey, tan and gold. I had the chairs made in a light blue. They look beautiful with the rug. I am always happy with the service and delivery from Hall's.

Came in after a few crushingly bad experiences with Lazy Boy customer service. Bought a high weight capacity chair (floor model, as I was in a rush). Despite a minor maintenance issue(not the fault of the seller), the experience was wonderful. Same day delivery, quick customer service, and a full transparency not common in customer service. Will definitely be returning for our couch replacement later this year. Hall's has a loyal customer in me now.

If you want great customer service and someone that will work with you and take the time to go through the fabrics, ask for Jeff. I recently purchased a couch that had to be a certain length and shape. He was so patient and helpful. So much more personable than one of the major furniture stores in Rancho Cordova. Very knowledgeable and truthful.

Spent several weeks looking for a power recliner while recovering from surgery. Based on a recommendation, I went to Hall's Furniture and found what I wanted at a reasonable price. They provided free delivery that day, and even helped rearrange the furniture in my house to make space for the recliner. About 6 months later, the chair had a mechanical failure. They came out to the house, brought the chair back to their store, and returned it repaired 6 hours later. I got a real bad back and I was looking for a very comfortable chair to recline in . Well I found it at halls they have so many to choose from very happy with Jeff the sales man .
And really satisfied with the guys that delivered it they call and give you a heads up .

After you've read the rest of these reviews it's going to be hard for me to emphasize just how amazing this place is. It's going to be hard to tell you how refreshing it is to be able to shop in a zero pressure atmosphere where you feel completely comfy trying out every couch and every chair without getting glared at. It's going to be hard for me to tell you how comforting it is to have a family owned and operated business take personal responsibility for their product.
