Junior Elite Training School
J.E.T.S. pre-school program is designed for children 18 months through 4 years of age. Classes will help your child develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and social skills. J.E.T.S. Recreational program is designed for children 5 years and older. Open Gym is a great opportunity for the kids to get out of the house and come to J.E.T.S. to burn off some energy.

During pre-school Open Gym parent supervision is required. Ninja Parkour is a free-style sport focused on speed, grace and style. Many of the skills we work on in the class are based on learning safe landings and basic flipping and tumbling. We do skills such as vaulting over mats, flipping on trampolines and springboards, strength and flexibility training, wall running, and swinging and flipping off of bars.
Services
At J.E.T.S. we take pride in providing a very elite, goal oriented program for our competitive athletes to thrive in. Many of our gymnasts have been named state and regional champions in both the Xcel and JO program. Xcel is geared toward athletes who have demonstrated the necessary skills to participate in the team experience and the ability to excel in the sport of gymnastics but who are looking for more of a flexible commitment.
J.E.T.S. opened in 2004 with the goal of providing a safe, fun, and positive environment for athletes of all ages, abilities, and aspirations. Immediately after opening the gym doors, J.E.T.S. began making a positive impact on the Rochester community. J.E.T.S. has impacted over 10,000 athletes since opening in 2004, and will continue to impact 1000's more for years to come.
Pre-school classes are a great way for children to develop social skills and build friendships. All children receive a FREE J.E.T.S. leotard or T-shirt and shorts when they begin their membership. Our foundational classes put emphasis on basic skills and progressions. The classes are designed to be taken at your child's pace.

This is my daughter's first experience with a structured extracurricular class and she's enjoying it and doing very well. I appreciate the safety protocols and service when entering. Teachers have done a nice job.

JETS is our home away from home! My daughter has been a part of the JETS family from beginning in their toddler classes at 18 months old all the way to participating on the USAG Junior Olympic Team now at age 9. The coaches are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I never doubt that my daughter's safety is a priority when she's at the gym. Their team program is extremely organized and well structured. By participating, she gets to experience the fun of working toward a goal throughout her training and seeing a payoff during the competition season at meets. We love JETS!

Our daughter does Parkour here and really enjoys the class. The staff has always been masked when we are there. They have someone at the door to take everyone's temp and have everyone sanitize their hands before class. There is no longer any seating, but one adult can stay and watch if they mask and pass the entrance screening.

Great coaches. Awesome place to learn balance and coordination for all ages. Best gym in Rochester, if you're looking for a very positive environment, with experienced coaching.

Open gym is a great chance for little ones to let out some energy. The preschool flight crew is young, enthusiastic, super caring, understanding, accommodating, and nice. The older classes which require leotards are much more structured gymnastics and a challenging sport with good instructors. The challenge increases with age, but it's not the type of sport you can start later in life and it's definitely not for every kid. This is a private gym, it's not cheap, runs like a machine, but has not been updated at all in many years in any way to keep its patrons. The preschool room is nice, has chairs

Super disappointed with the last two open gyms I took my son to. He use to LOVE to go to the preschool open gyms when he was four, but always told me he couldn’t wait until he was five so he could play in the big gymnastics area. I was planning to sign him up for classes when he turned five because of how excited he was. I’ve taken him to two open gyms since he’s turned five and he is terrified and doesn’t want to go back. This last one I stayed and watched him so I could tell if he was just being shy or if there was more reasoning behind his sudden change of liking. The staff supervising

My friends and I occasionally take our children to the open gym time on Fridays. However, the price just went up to $10 per kid. The open gym is only an hour and a half and there is no staff supervising. We will no longer be going because $10 is a ridiculous amount to pay.

We attended Jets Gymnastics twice while we were visiting Minnesota over our Christmas vacation. Both my son and daughter thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff and coaches were awesome because they made my children feel comfortable and welcome. The coaches also provided excellent gymnastics training.
