Jeff is rock solid on his ability to ensure I am happy as a customer. Even when it meant he worked countless hours for very little or no commission. He has always gone above and beyond in Ensuring my and my friends/family travel needs are met. Just a few things he has helped with are booking a cruise (getting us the perks with the booking) getting my daughter and family on a booked out cruise, assisting with hotel accomendations, rental car recomendations (no profit for him or his agency), and organizing fun events to attend as a group.
