We currently have three service men with many years' experience as glazers and one assistant in training. This keeps our trucks in the field to assist you! Put the finishing touches on your bathroom remodel with a custom-built shower or tub enclosure. Protect the surface of desks and tables with glass or add glass to shelves for a new look. We offer thicknesses of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" in either clear or tinted glass. Tempered and annealed are available.

Rowlett Glass installed the storefront doors and glass at our church remodel, and their customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond what anybody else would do, and have come out and fixed things for us that were not at all their responsibility. They are always quick to respond. I highly recommend these guys. They clearly value customer service and maintaining relationship.

I bought a mirror from them 4 years ago. It almost immediately started separating and spotting. I did not call and complain, just decided to wait and replace it. I called yesterday 7-9-19 and was treated very rudely. Was finally told she would put me in line and let me know when I could pick up. NO CALL BACK, very rude. I knew when I hung up that I would not get a call back so I called Country Glass in Mesquite. Quite pleased with them. Still no call from Rowlett Glass and Mirror. If I could get a way with no stars THAT would be my rating.

This company wears on my patience. Two weeks to give an estimate; five weeks to come out only to find 2 of 3 windows were incorrect; four weeks to bring correct windows BUT forgot to bring one of the windows! It's been two weeks and I'm told the window is on back order.
Unfortunately, I've had to follow-up each time instead of them keeping me informed along the way. In summary, nice folks but not good for fast, efficient service. :(
