We have had a really unfortunate experience with this company. We paid $8800 to have our basement treated. We have a very small house. Our basement has been dry but One of the pumps has failed. We have been trying to get it replaced or repaired for over 6 MONTHS! It is under warranty. They keep telling us they are "too busy!" How busy can they be in January? I am afraid that the warranty will run out and we will not get the service we paid for! I don't know what to do to get them to honor their promises! Very disappointed. Sisko Waterproofing bent over backwards to take care of us to make the closing for our real estate deal not fall through. They moved the schedule around with their estimator, and had him out in an hour and a half from when we called. Then when we moved forward due to their very fair pricing and excellent customer service, they moved around the schedules again and had us on the schedule 5 days later. They really did everything they possibly could and then some to help us out. There is no question who you need to call for anything waterproofing/foundation related for your home!

We had the pleasure of having Sisko Waterproofing put in a interior French drain in our family room. The final product and outcome was AMAZING!! It is so nice to not get any more water in our family room. Mike and all his employees were always on time, actually always early and never left until they finished what they had scheduled for the day. I definitely recommend Sisko Waterproofing & Foundation. Mike Sisko did an external French drain in my home last month. My husband got estimates from multiple companies. Everydry and Keystone Basement Systems prices were OUTRAGEOUS in comparison to Sisko Waterproofing. It was within our price range which was most important since we needed it done as soon as possible. We were nervous about going with someone cheaper, but Mike offers a lifetime warranty so we figured, why not? Well, now that the job is done, I feel we made the right decision. We got a job done by Mike and his crew about 6 months ago and I’m honestly astonished with the quality of work for the price we paid.
