We are family-owned and operated. Three siblings that have joined forces to oversee and run this amazing park, bringing so much more to offer our guest and insure a wonderful experience. Walk by our beautiful rock bottom Mill Creek that flows thru the property. Rent a bike from us for just $5 a day and explore the 9 mile historic railroad bed walking trail.
Cross over beautiful Mill Creek thru a covered bridge and ride on into Elkmont approx. 3 miles and enjoy lunch in our quaint town. With the stunning Elk River just 3 miles away there is a boat launch to accommodate your river endeavors along with local Kayak rental available for rental and pick up trips.

We lived here for about six months and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect; quiet and peaceful nature but just a short drive to anything you'd need. The owners work hard to keep the campground clean, safe, and beautiful, and are always making improvements. Tony and Kate, two of the owners that live on-site, are wonderful - and so are the other residents and visitors! We moved in not knowing anyone, and left with many new friends.

Beautiful country setting. If you enjoy being off the beaten path, enjoy nature this is a great park. Sites are large, mostly pull through sites. The new owners went right to work making improvement and their love of the park is evident. They live onsite and treat you as family. The public restrooms and laundry are clean. Its a must see.

Highly recommend! Beautiful large lots and the owners are friendly helpful people. Most lots are pull thru with full hook ups and fairly level. Wifi works better than most campgrounds. Plenty of easy walking trails and close to several towns in Tennessee and northern Alabama. If we could I'd stay here forever. Great for overnight or long term. The view is unbelievable, pictures don't do them justice.

Pictures on the website don't do it justice! Beautiful country side, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. There is a graveled bike trail at the site which is about 10 miles long as well as a hiking trail which takes you to a crystal clear Creek which deer visit frequently. While in the area, be sure to visit The Ole Gin House or The Red Caboose for a great meal! Highly recommend!

Have been here since mid October and will spend one more month before I start traveling. Very neat and clean. Easy to access trails for walking and biking. Beautifully set out away from the hustle and bustle. Athens is only short drive away to any shopping and snacking! Don't forget to go downtown Athens. Fun stores to check out and check out Village Pizza. I highly recommend this RV park as long stay or overnight stopover. Whatever you do DO NOT take Robinson Rd to get here. It is mainly a one lane road!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly place to stay this is your spot. The road in is easy to navigate and once in the park the roads are wide. The owners are super nice and check in was easy. Sites are gravel and grass, some are permanent residents but kept up. Our site was a pull through with full hook-ups, no issues and 50 amp electric. Long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. Sites are a little wider than normal. There is plenty of place to walk the dog. WiFi was good and our Verizon signal was strong. We stayed December 5, 2017 and paid $16.00 a night with our
