NAMM Advisors Group was born in 2010 as NAMM Advisors LLC, as the Company evolved changes were implemented and in 2016 the name changed from NAMM Advisors LLC to NAMM Advisors Group Inc. The Company's Executives bring a wealth of Commercial Lending and Real Estate Investment Experience. Headquartered in the Williamsburg Section of Brooklyn, N.Y. with representation in Los Angeles CA. and Puerto Rico serving the U.S. and the Caribbean.
As President and CEO, Maria Feneque provides the leadership and strategic direction for NAMM Advisors Group's growth and new business opportunities. Maria has been in the Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Industry for 30 years. A seasoned financial service and business development professional with extensive knowledge and affiliations in the Capital Markets.
NAMM Advisors Group has a fiduciary duty to its Clients and Investor Partners. We uphold the highest ethical standards providing the Client, Sponsor, Developer and Investor with clear, concise and detailed information. We will not submit a project to our end investor unless that project has been evaluated by in-house underwriters.
DEBT Conventional and Non-Conventional Loans: Through our various Funding Sources we are able to offer DEBT Loan programs with Competitive Low Rates, Terms, and Flexible Guidelines. We offer both RECOURSE and NON-Recourse Financing. Have the ability to provide as high as 80% Loan-to-Cost on some programs we may even go as high as 100% Loan-to-Cost.
Our team will identify properties which match your criteria and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the properties' Income & Expenses, CAP Rate, and ROI. We will provide a brief market study, the required down payment and the type of funding you will most likely qualify for including approximate rate, terms, and fees.
