We are so grateful to Nu Gen -knowledge, quick timing in finding the water, pulling everything apart in an organized way so that it could be easily repaired and replaced. Francisco as the foreman was really professional and knowledgeable and kind. Mike was very professional and knew how to bring all the people together quickly. Jose, Alex, and Steve were so careful and accurately followed Francisco's direction that we have very little dust or mess. For a nightmare situation, Nu Gen has made the environment as good as possible

Resident of skyridge club apartment complex. 2 gentleman from your company came today and did the entrance ways of our building. Even while working in the rain. Someone give those guys a raise!! Nu-Gen was fantastic! We used them for a deep carpet clean of our entire home prior to moving in. From the initial phone call with Olga to schedule the service to the actual carpet cleaning, it was done professionally and seamlessly, with email confirmations and text notifications. Frank, who came by to give the exact quote and who also performed the service, was awesome. He and 2 others started on time and continued until the job was done, which was several hours. We appreciate their hard work and will definitely consider using Nu-Gen again in the future for our carpet cleaning needs!

Frank and his team were life savers! Found this company via internet search and the testimonials prompted me to call. Frank came the following day for a full inspection and estimate to deep clean a rental property after previous (irresponsible) tenants moved out prior to new occupancy. We wanted carpeting in basement removed, air duct cleaning, all damaged blinds removed, whole house deep cleaned, disinfected, walls and ceilings washed, etc...a full-on job! These guys came all the way out to NJ and immediately gave an estimate and assessed the damage to my basement. Mike G and Francisco were very professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly and worked fast. Olga in customer service was also very friendly and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Overall a great company with very good service!
