Amazing salon with amazing staff. The girls are really warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble and go out of their way to please. Lyndsey, who colours and cuts my hair, does a phenomenal job, everyone always comments on how good my hair looks. Hairdressers can make or break you, Lyndsey definately makes me and makes me look 10 years younger than I really am with the right hair cut and right hair colours. Keavey does a brilliant job on my nails. They were brittle and I couldn't grow them but, with Keavey's expertise, I now have nails that others envy, using no harsh products

I've had my hair coloured and cut a few times here at the Salon and I love it here.
The staff are all so polite, friendly and chatty especially Lindsay who always does such a fantastic job of my hair. She recommended the current blend of colours I have on my hair and I am so in love with it.
The salon is a lovely place to take time out for yourself, a nice relaxing and welcoming environment.
Definitely recommend this lovely salon and will be coming back for as long as possible!

Fantastic experience at The-Salon. From the moment I walked in all the staff made me feel at home. Sally did a wonderful job with my cut and finishing with the razor was outstanding and thanks for the cup of hot chocolate too.

This was my first hairdressing appointment in over 18 years so was very unsure of what I wanted!But I needent have worried! I was so well looked after! Lyndsey did an amazing job colouring and styling my hair she completely put me at ease and was so understanding of my uncertainty.I will definetly not be leaving it another 18 years before I return there. A tad bit late, but had to compliment where complement is due! Since moving to Birmingham, I couldn’t find the perfect salon, until I got my first wash, haircut and blow dry by Sally! Upon arrival all staff members were warm and welcoming. Sally did an amazing job, literally would never go anywhere else. Perfection with the razor thinning - don’t think anyone’s ever done such a fantastic job on my hair!! Thank you so much once again!

I have been using The Salon for well over 10+ years and would never go anywhere else. The service provided for hair and beauty is exceptional and you are always welcomed by the lovely friendly staff. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to colour and cut my hair and advice is always on hand if you fancy a change. The beauty services are great and so relaxing with great waxing, nail and pedicure services .

I’ve recently found this hairdressers and I can’t rate it enough! Sophie cut my 11yr old daughters hair after lock down and she loves it so much especially as she got to choose if wanted it straight or curled ( she’d never been asked before at previous hairdressers so was a big thing for her to have it curled!)
I’ve had my hair cut snd highlighted twice now by Lynsey and it’s perfect! Both girls are lovely and very professional. Also appointments are always on time too which was very rare at previous hairdressers! Xx

I have used the Salon for approximately 15 years. I've always had the best service. Sally attends to my hair needs. The products smell lovely and the service second to none. I also have regular massages from Marta. She never fails to get rid of my knots. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed!! First class service all round! Can't be faulted.
