Services
We will spend 45 - 60 minutes talking about you, your lifestyle, nutritional habits, eating behaviors, fitness and movement routines, sleep and rest schedules, and stress management practices. Within 3 days after our meeting, you will be provided a comprehensive assessment PDF that includes resources, meal plans, print-outs, and a master plan goals sheet to refer to that captures everything we discussed in our session.
On-site wellness visits for services such as fitness instruction, massage, meditation and yoga, small group personal training. Why hire Happy Body Wellness to help your company? Working directly with Happy Body Wellness nutrition, fitness, and wellness professionals provides the most direct, effective, and efficient way for bringing wellness more fully into your employees lives.
Energy and nutrient needs are best met by building intuitive eating skills/ being present while you eat, acknowledging hunger and satiety cues, and following a balanced plate guide for meals and snacks. This is a skill that we will work on together, I talked about the breakdown of meals ( plate dark leafy greens and vibrant colored vegetables + plate lean protein + plate fiber-filled whole grain) and snacks (carbohydrate paired with a protein).

Happy Body Wellness is an awesome resource for nutritional 411 and motivation for exercise and overall well-being. I've worked with Bethany for personal nutrition and for my 3-year-old. I've even done the wellness retreat and core challenge!! HBW is an excellent way to get healthier and stay motivated.

Happy Body Wellness offers fantastic services! Bethany puts together tailor-made programs for her clients that are made for their lifestyle, easy to follow and fun! Her wellness retreats are also amazing -- I gave the wellness weekend as a gift to my mom for Mother's Day and sister for graduation--they didn't stop talking about how great it was for months, from the organization, to the options of activities, to location!

Bethany's virtual workout sessions, generously offered by her on Zoom, have been the highlight of each day of quarantine for me. Not only do they get my heart rate up and work my muscles thoroughly, they also bring me joy! Bethany's upbeat personality and very clear, effective way of teaching are totally engaging and make me feel successful each workout. I appreciate the modifications Bethany offers, which allow me to take this class "alongside" people 20 years younger than me with no problem at all.
