Long time Maui resident here. I was a customer at the original location. Bought rims and tires. I was told they would sell own Tacoma tires and wheels and give me money . After a few months I forgot about the tires and went to the shop and asked for my tires so I could sell them myself. They told me "they're in the warehouse somewhere we'll call you when we find them" . This scenario repeated 2-3 more times, finally a year goes by and I'm like where's my tires?? The owner Matt called me a fkn Harold and gtfoh my shop. No apologies later just fu all the way. Never got

Super positive experience with the guys at IMM. They helped me find rims/tire/lift combo I was looking for at a decent price. They helped me secure financing and my truck was done in a few hours. I was super impressed with every aspect of service.

I ran over a screw on my way to work. Took my truck in and asked if anything could be done and how long. They took my truck in immediately and said an hour less. Perfect timing for me. 15 minutes later they came back and said the screw didn't penatrate all the way thru and all was good. No charge! Mahalo IMM! I'll definitely be coming back soon for all my IMM needs.

I'm in the jeep business and have done many builds. I can honestly say these guys are top notch! Their work was spot on and the customer service was crazy good!!!! I'm an indecisive, reactive person and Jareth stayed patient with me all the way to the end. If you're going to do any type of build on your new toy, do it here. You won't be disappointed!!!! I went to IMM as I'm always told here "go to Costco" and it gets annoying. So I tried Goodyear and the associate said "you have staggered performance wheels.....you have to go to..." and she named a few places. That was nice of her. IMM was on the list so I spoke with them and got the same tires that I had from LA for basically the same price. Moreover, I can work with a place that is used to high end cars plus it's locally owned. So, I get great service, it's next to a few restaurants, I get the tires I want, local folk and the car rides pissa.....what more

I have used IMM on two of my Jeeps and My Chevy Silverado, they have done excellent work and have gone above and beyond every time.
I check around before my first time with IMM and their prices were right there with all the others, shop was clean and organized and their communication was perfect.
IMM was even there for me to check my front end on my Chevy when the dealership tried taking advantage of me.
IMM is an Honest shop that does great work.

I have nothing but praise for IMM's customer service, pricing, and quick shipping. Their pricing for Icon coilovers beat out all the quotes I got online and from shops on the Big Island and here in Oahu. Even better was how quick I received my parts. Ordered on Thursday and received the following Monday. All the other shops estimated at least a month for my parts to arrive on island. Will definitely give them all my business and highly recommended.

IMM has been my go-to place for tires, wheels and lifts for my off-road vehicles. They do a really nice job. The lifts turned out amazing, and the Trail Grapplers they put on both my SUV's are rugged, high-performance tires that look great.
One of my SUV's had developed a bit of a dangerous tire wobble, but they fixed it up, so I could get back on the road safely again. Thank you Jareth for helping me with everything.

After emailing back and forth via their website, I called and dropped in around noon for what I initially believed to be a chain adjustment. I was quoted $50 through email.
After an initial inspection done by David Durr, he said the whole chain needed replacement. Not having any on hand at the shop, he physically went to another store to retrieve one. About 30 minutes after I arrived, the bike was ready. For labor on chain installation and lube, the $75 chain itself, and tax, the total came out to $140.
Not only was I not charged for a rounded up hour of labor, David specifically pointed out

Walked into their store. Its very clean, nicely lit and they have a great selection of products. Two sales staff were at the counter. No greeting from either. One of them stares at me waiting for me to say something, so I finally tell him I need new tires and a leveling kit. They scheduled me the following day. Walk in for my appointment, again no greeting, one of the guys behind the counter recognizes me and just extends his hand out for the key saying nothing except he'll call me when its done in 3 hours. Super nice guys! My rental car got hit at the Costco parking lot and no one left a note. After seeing the damage, I knew that it could be polished out. I went to Studio Auto Body and Classic Auto Painting around the corner from them and they told me it couldn't be done and I needed an estimate to repair the bumper. Give me a break!
Guess what? IMM was super courteous and took me in on the spot. They polished it out for $20!!!
Don't get ripped off. These guys are honest.

Great professional service. Walked in and met with Matt who guided me to the appropriate lift kit, tires and rim package and grill for my truck. They scheduled everything the following week and in 2.5 days everything was professionally installed. Would highly recommend this place to the 4x4 enthusiasts, family and friends.

I just have to say that IMM is the best. I've had them lift my 2011 and 2014 Tacoma and did a great job. Absolutely no issues with any of my trucks.
Great customer service. Worked with Matt and recently Sasha and have to say that they're always on schedule and always have my truck ready before my promise time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to lift your ride, purchase new tires/rims, etc. This shop has it all. My first experience w/ IMM was at their old location on Hana Hwy. The owner, Matt G. & his crew did such an awesome job on my truck! I was very pleased.
They'll work w/ you so you get exactly what you want for your ride. Also, I must say they have the best prices on Maui vs other competitors.
I've been to other shops on Maui & by far IMM wins hands down. Matt & his team are helpful, courteous, & work fast! I'll continue to come here as well
