My first visit to Mr. B and I’m very impressed. I’ve bought many suits over the years and this will now be my only spot in DSM Metro for high quality clothing and exceptional service.
Mac helped me with a new suit purchase and the service he provided was top notch. He was able to squeeze in tailoring in a short period of time to make sure I had my suit for a wedding.
Darin also helped me when picking up my suit and the level of service is above and beyond.
Highly recommend!

I am visiting Des Moines on business and needed to procure a dress shirt. My business associates told me to go to Mr. B’s, as they are the best clothing store in the area, that also provides terrific service. They sure did! I didn’t have access to a car and asked if they could possibly drop the shirt off at my hotel for me. John Reese said he would personally drop the shirt off. He not only dropped the shirt off, he had it pressed prior to delivering it. Now that’s customer service! Thank you John and Mr B!

I am a taking my first steps into having an understanding and wearing quality men’s clothing. I came in and asked an attendant after about a minute in the store about “casual professional” clothes for my new job. I was introduced to the simple and yet subtle nuances of what is possible.
With frank and honest communication, I gained the beginnings of a wardrobe and business relationship that I have no doubt will be a very long one. Yes, it is an investment, but one that comes with quality of clothing, and professionalism that makes you feel right at home when you put on those new threads

The customer service at this local mens store is fantastic! My husband has been shopping here for years. They have an impressive selection of clothes & brands you cannot find elsewhere in town. My husband gets all of his suits, sport coats, & dress pants here. Their tailoring is top notch. If I ever need a gift for my husband, they are so helpful and never pushy. They truly make you feel comfortable as a customer. They also carry a great selection of business casual clothes, golf, shoes, & socks. Check them out!

Very attentive and helpful staff who helped me find the suit and shoes for my wedding. They make customers feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door and have both a wide selection to choose from and ample business hours to work with. I felt the process could have been a little better organized over the course of my multiple visits, and the prices were higher than other places might have been, but the staff did a great job nonetheless and worked to find solutions to everything I threw at them. Would recommend to anyone not afraid to spend a little for a nice event.

Nice,classy place with mid to high end suits,shirts,etc.Nice that it is locally owned.Nice people as well.Tough time to be in Main Street retail, but they seem to be doing fine.
