It is often a challenge to find a business that is responsive, transparent and professional. Happily, I met that challenge and found RB Appliance Service in Rehoboth Beach DE. The knob on our dryer that enables the type of drying to be performed had stopped working. I emailed Rick from RB Appliance Service on a Tuesday evening and he replied quickly. Fortunately for me, Rick had an opening on Wednesday morning and I was able to make an appointment for that time slot. During the process of replacing the knob, Rick noticed that the start knob did not work, as well. He asked me if I wanted that replaced

Rick worked with my crazy work schedule and still came out before anyone else said the could. He arrived in time, was very friendly. He explained to me what he was checking for and doing. Found the issue with the dryer in no time. He had the parts on his truck and had everything working in no time. Very thorough, even checked the dryer vent outside to make sure it wasn't blocked. Definitely recommend and will use again in future. Thanks for your help!

My clothes dryer recently started making “chirping” sounds during use. After reading the many positive reviews for RB Appliance Repair, I contacted them via email. Rick, the owner, contacted me shortly thereafter. He suspected a certain problem and offered a reasonable appointment date and window of time which I accepted. Rick did not disappoint. He was on time, assessed and confirmed the problem (which was consistent with his original suspicion) and repaired it right away (had the part on his truck). He is knowledgeable, personable and charges are reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending
