Our top priority has always been and will always be QUALITY. With fresh, made from scratch ingredients, Rosie's has the best customer service in town, and one of the most fun atmosphere's to dine at in Pagosa with friendly servers and great live music. Our convenient location in the City Market shopping complex is less than a quarter mile away from the Wyndham Resort and all of the Pagosa Lake Properties.
Homemade breadsticks tied into a knot, tossed in a garlic butter sauce & served with marinara for dipping. Warm and creamy spinach & artichoke heart dip smothered in mozzarella cheese served with six parmesan crusted garlic knots and a side of marinara. Hot salted pretzel bites served with a green chile white cheddar dipping sauce and whole grain mustard.
