When Tuniesky Hurtado and Sayli Hernandez were considering an apt name for the bakery they opened back in June in Palm Bay, the couple decided on the images of growth evoked by the Tree Of Life. The name works, because Tree of Life is thriving, thanks in large part to South Brevard's burgeoning Latino population, which appreciates the authentic baked goods Hurtado and Hernandez make.
The couple moved from Miami, where they were involved in catering, to start their dream bakery after they discovered Palm Bay through friends and family in the area. Tree of Life is by no means huge. Three tables make up the seating area, but this is primarily a to-go place where you can pick up authentic Cuban bread and pastries.

I love the fact that there are many different kinds of authentic restaurants here. However, this place does not deserve such a high rating. I have had better Mocha at Dunkin, Starbucks, Wawa and other Cuban cafes. Also, the sandwich was quite salty without other flavors. The only thing that was tasty was the oatmeal. I did not try their cafe con leche, maybe one day I will and then update my review. It was costly because I ordered through Doordash and it wasn't worth it!!!

Amazing ! VERY Authentic, delicious & super friendly service. We were visiting family in town & stopped there otw back home to St. Augustine. SO GOOD & now we will be sure to come every time we are in town (often!) to take home an even bigger bag full of goodies to hold us over until our next visit. SO happy to have found them. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing and tasty cuban bakery. The media noche sandwich and croquettes are what we ordered. It was a perfect lunch. The ham is seasoned very well and the bread is like a buttery heaven. This is our fave Cuban sandwich and they make it very excellent. The ladies working are very kind and welcoming, too.

So, I was driving on 95 heading back to NJ and needed gas. Hopped off and this little gem was in a strip mall attached to the gas station.
The "Cuban bakery" sign caught my attention. I was eyeballing it while getting gas and even pulled up Yelp.
The reviews were good. I'm not going to lie.....normally I would've driven right by it without a second glance.
Wow! I asked for a mini Cuban sandwich. Not sure if that's the size I got because it was huge. This is hands down the best Cuban sandwich I've had. The meat was plentiful. Very fresh. Bread was

Located conveniently in a gas station plaza, this small and basic Cuban deli has more than the eye meets! The service is good, cleanliness is taken seriously as well as employees wearing masks.
They are a deli/bakery, so the vast menu has a majority of small bakery items both salty and sweet, as well as a many options for sandwiches to choose from. Also sandwiches are huge! Literally half an entire Cuban loaf or possibly a full one.
We ordered the following:
Cuban sandwich--delicious, juicy, not dry and super fresh.
Croqueta preparada--great flavor, moist. In my opinion could've used more croquetas

Things were a bit Chaotic and the cooler was broken. Had a Cuban Sammich with a glass of ice water and it was "Great". Sometimes off the grid having lunch in a little hole in the wall is great. this one was... The confusion at the order table was more fun than aggravating. Will for sure go back for a great Sammich!!!

Cafe con leche was horrible! How are you a Cuban bakery and you mess up the Cuban signature coffee?! waited 20 minutes for lemonade that was disgusting. We waited 30 minutes for 2 Cuban sandwiches that we're never made because the women working there were too busy gossiping and messing up other people's orders. 2 other customers came in complaining because their phone order had never been made with the hour. We never received our food! Never coming back here again. Went to La Estancia De Luisa where the coffee was much better and so was the service.

Well worth the drive! This is by far the best Cuban bakery in the Central Florida region. Not familiar with Cuban food? Then you don't know what you've been missing! Now is the time to try it! As someone who lived in Miami for half of my life, the media noche surpasses that of most of the places you'll even eat from down there!
I'd rate 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

So we are here from NY as a vacation but did not want the standard Ihop etc- we wanted a nice fresh hole in the wall Spanish bakery. Uffffff we found it! Very very clean! Food should be illegal lol - breakfast sandwich was amazing and the pastries can't say enough....stop here before or after the beach if you wish. This is the real mom and pops store with parking and next to a gas station so all in one stop. Restuarant is separated from gas station just FYI. Small strip mall...

Best Cuban sandwich I have had in my life. The staffs are friendly. The best part is the price. This giant Cube sandwich in the picture is only $7. My husband and I have to share to finish it. They said that’s their regular size. They wanna make sure everyone is full and strong after they ate there. The location is very convenient. 1 mins from the highway. This is a good place for a lunch break between your long road trip. Highly recommend👍

I drove by this place on the way to a friends for the weekend, and thought to myself, "that place looks authentic". No flashy signs.. just a standard looking sign in the middle of a strip mall next to a gas station. I've learned through my travels that these kinds of places usually have the best food available. That thought was justified by my friends who commented about "the cuban place near here," so I decided that would be early morning breakfast on Sunday morning.
I got up and drove the 10 minutes or so to the bakery. Walking in, the smell of cuban coffee and baked

The food is so delicious and fresh here. I've taken boxes of pastries to work - way North of here - and have had coworkers make the drive to eat here! It is seriously THAT delicious. The Cuban Sandwiches are made to order. They have ham, cheese, pulled pork, pickles mayo, mustard and oil. We always get ours without the mayo. Delicious and HUGE. I've not had too much experience with Cuban coffee... but it is delicious here. I didn't know how to order it the first time so one of the staff helped me out. Guava pastries are the best. Cheese and coconut are delicious too. Savory pastries are delicious
