I would give zero or negative stars if I could. They tried multiple times to bill me for a service that was never performed. It was a very windy day when the installers showed, and I was concerned for their safety so I called it off and asked to reschedule. The next thing I know is a bill in the mail for the non-service. I visited their business again recently, and was met with the RUDEST customer service known to man. Never will I do business with them.

During the KTEN outage in Sherman on DISH, we opted to get an on the air antenna. We were quoted a price from Cavender but after they left, we still couldn't get KTEN. We called them back and they tried a couple of different antennas finally getting some reception. We were told by the owner that if we wanted it better, we'd have to give them more money and if we didn't like their service they'd come pull down their equipment. He said that antenna installation wasn't their main business and they were only doing this for their DISH customers which we weren't.
