ASHRAE 62.2 is a minimum national standard that provides methods for achieving acceptable indoor air quality in typical residences. It was developed and is maintained by the American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Whole House Ventilation: Exhausting stale indoor air and replacing it with fresh outdoor air.

This test will tell you how much conditioned (cooled or heated) air is leaking from your duct system. 20 to 40 percent of every dollar spent on heating and cooling in your HVAC system is lost.
There are a lot of reasons to have your ducts cleaned, the most basic of which is that they are an interior part of your home and need occasional cleaning like any other part. Sometimes more than just a thin layer, dust and debris in ducts can build up inches thick! This effectively shrinks the passageway for the circulation of hot or cold air-which is why you have a heating and air-conditioning system.
Uncomfortably hot or cold rooms - Unsealed gaps and leaks in your duct system allow treated air to escape into crawlspaces, attics and walls, preventing the air from being delivered to it's intended destination. Excessive dust - Leaky ducts pull mold, dust and other pollutants into your home, presenting indoor air quality issues and aggravating existing asthma allergy problems.
The aerosol has a zero OSHA maximum exposure limit, however, as a precaution we ask that elderly, pregnant woman and children not be present while we are performing the sealing. No! We are able to reach all of the duct work with out opening walls, cutting holes in ceilings and any other areas that are concealed.

I made an appointment on a Thursday and they were able to schedule us on Monday. They explained the process and what we could expect. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, explaining everything as they went. If they had to move anything or unplug cords in outlets, they let us know. They were extremely clean and conscious about our family allergies. They suggested we could take a before and after picture, which showed a major difference. Their excellent customer service is truly appreciated and they left our home spotless. Even offered to clean the dryer vent for no extra charge. Noticeable

I had my ducts cleaned and the technician, Victor was very professional, pleasant, hardworking and made sure he answered all my questions. The cleaning took around 3.5 hours but was well worth it. I already notice the difference.
I do want to mention that the company goes under a few different names that can be confusing when you are calling around for quotes. But I am glad
