We are a family owned and operated business located in Berlin, Connecticut. What started as a business in our basement in 2003 has grown exponentially and now occupies a storefront in the downtown community at 372 Main Street in Berlin. Our goal is to grow our business by making sure that our customers are completely happy with our printed or embroidered products.
We sew or print your preferred design to various types of apparel, such as jackets, sweatshirts, and hats. These custom-made products will help increase the visibility of your brand. We sew your logo onto apparel, sportswear, and most garments. You can purchase your apparel through us and our product distributors or bring in your own item and we will let you know if it is suitable for embroidery.
Let's face it - masks are going to be around for a while. If you have to wear one, why not step up your game with a custom design or logo. We've been busy creating masks and we are patiently waiting to fulfill your order! We offer both embroidery and heat transfers and keep in mind that there is no minimum order!.

Screenprinting is a great option for graphic tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and team jersey's. Custom orders are minimum 12 pieces. Choose the type, color and size of your garments or browse through our catalog selection to pick the item you want.
All online store purchases are made to order in our store in Berlin, Connecticut. We do not offer a shipping option at checkout, prefering that local individuals pick their items up at the store, however, if you need an item shipped, please contact us at 860-829-8586 so that we can arrange for this service.

They are true embroidery artists, they made Sweet Works Co. logo come to life on the shirts and aprons. They were able to do our shirts within a week when everyone else said no, thank you Lisa & Tracy for such a pleasant and easy service. The price was very reasonable and the product totally worth it. Totally recommend ith to anyone trying to get this kinda service or similar to check them out first.

She’s just amazing (Lisa) ,she’s very busy but gets the job done ASAP with quality and care most of all the prices are amazing !! She has her shop in a cute busy area where you automatically feel drawn to walk in !♥️ I searched many embroidery stores and this by far is the best one please stop by you won’t feel disappointed and she also sends you picture of how it’s going to look before it’s actually finally completed, incase you have any different preferences! Again I was so pleased with her I graced with a hug !
