The relationship between a client and an Aide is an intricate one. At times the relationship doesn’t quite work out. Jim Prussak, owner of Applause Home Care, over the past two years, has been aware of my needs and works at making changes to make me comfortable. As my needs changed, he always found an Aide to fill in when I needed longer hours. His job, as owner, needs a lot of dedication – and he certainly brings personal attention to his clients. Our family has been working with Applause Home Care for over a year, and Jim and his team have been so helpful to us. We have had several caregivers from Applause and all have been lovely. Whether it's short shifts, overnight shifts, or even the last minute emergency live-in situation, Jim always comes through with finding us a caregiver for mom! Most important is that Jim really tries to make a good match between client and aide, and helps us as our needs change. I feel that with Applause Home Care you have hired a partner that really understands.

Jim and his team of caregivers took great care of me following an intense bacak surgery. They helped me out of bed and to the restroom, as well as prepared a meal when I needed it. Later on, as I improved, the aides followed me down my daily hallway walks to make sure Iwas safe. The aides were on time, pleasant, and attentive, and Jim was always responsive. I would call Applause any time a caregiver is in order

I can't not say enough wonderful things about Applause Home Care! Jim and his team consistently go above and beyond to make sure my elderly cousin is well cared for each day. I live in Texas, and knowing Alice safe and taken care of makes being so far from her much easier. Her aid, Liliana, is kind and helps Alice by keeping her company, taking her to the store, and other errands, as well as making sure she has a nutritious lunch each day. Jim and his team are truly exceptional. The level of care and understanding is a plus, but the real value comes in the people Jim hires. Every aide his agency has sent over has been extremely qualified and supportive to meet the needs of my mother. I have been using senior care agency's in Bergen County for the past 5 years. I have dealt with and hired all of the nationally affiliated agencies and very quickly stopped using them due to the low quality people they would send me. None of them even come close to Jim and his team. Jim is very involved and is always available to address your concerns
