I had neglected my home for a while and was in the process of cleaning up. I decided to get some extra and much needed help. You guys came and handled the job like it was nothing. Danny and the lady that was with him did very good with the kitchen and bathroom area. After having a small issue/mix up with my cleaning, Brandon came over the next day and worked nonstop on the areas that were missed. Hate to write this review but this is just the truth about this company's cleaning services. I ordered deep cleaning of 1br/1ba which cost me $179. First of all they were late for 40 minutes. I understand traffic can happen. As for the cleaning services, I'm really disappointed. The pictures will speak for themselves. Guys, and this is a "DEEP CLEANING". They didn't even clean up the most obvious places. Also, they send me a message to point out places that needed to be redone which was pretty much everything except for the kitchen. We used Perfect Polished Maids for our move-in cleaning and overall, we were very pleased with their service. Flora and Carmela (Margaret), our assigned cleaning team, were wonderful in following our specific cleaning needs and in explaining what they normally include in their cleaning process. They were flexible in accommodating my wife's at-home work schedule and they were open to using our choice of hardwood floor cleaning system. We hired Perfect Polished Maids for a move in move out vacant studio cleaning. I'm not sure what was worse, the cleaning or the terrible customer service I received afterwards. We had arranged to have our small vacant studio rental cleaned 12-2pm and it took 2 extra hours beyond what was scheduled to do a very dismal job! My husband barely had time to inspect the cleaning job upon completion himself because they took 2 extra hrs to clean our unit. The team did a terrific job. Every surface was dusted or polished. The floors look great. I've had experience with many cleaning services over the years and I would rate this group at the top. Many services won't even discuss windows or the insides of refrigerators or ovens, so this team is really a cut above. My daughter is looking for cleaners and I'm going to recommend this business to her.

Everything from the booking process (I had to reschedule, but the team was super flexible) to the actual cleaning totally exceeded my expectations. Angelica did a phenomenal job, especially cleaning my kitchen (which was in pretty rough shape). I feel almost like I have a new apartment, that's how shiny and spotless everything was left.

I had a great experience using this company! They were professional and accommodating as I contacted them last minute. However most importantly the woman who cleaned my home was amazing! I am definitely very particular but she exceeded my expectations. She was very sweet and extremely detailed, which I appreciated. I initially hired this company for one time use but I will definitely use again and request her!
