If you have achieved your dream smile, Dr. Prentice and the SCO team wants to make sure it stays that way. It's as simple as four words: Retention. Is. For. Life. Your teeth are constantly on the move, so without your retainer, they will easily shift back to their original position. Therefore, you must wear your retainer every night for as long as you would like to retain your results.

If I could turn up the stars to 11 for Dr. Prentice, I would still give him 12! He is an amazing Orthodontist. Not only did my two sons get their braces with Dr. Prentice, but, after 40 years of being ashamed of my smile I decided to get braces too. It was offered to me to do the invisalign method, but I knew without having affixed braces I would not have followed through and ended up with the amazing end result that I enjoy now. I had my braces for 2 years, each appointment, every detail of the process was outlined with me, each visit I was treated like family, and I always left knowing exactly

We LOVE Scenic City Orthodontics! This is our second round of braces (second child) and we couldn't be happier. We love the friendly staff, tasty treats and welcoming environment! We were referred to Scenic City Orthodontics by our family dentist for early/interceptive orthodontic care for my son. Today was our third visit with Dr. Prentice and his staff and my son received his braces today. When I tell you these people have catered to us, I mean they make you feel like they showed up just for you. They are so genuine and compassionate, not only to the patient, but the family as well. I was able to go back with him for every visit and I rarely had to even ask questions because they made it a point to be so informative on every move they made and every step of my his treatment
