Unfortunately this is a very well deserved 1 star review; which absolutely shocks me given just how GOOD my first visit and blood work appointment went. Initially they were very kind an attentive. However, the care I've received SINCE that has been an all-time low for health care. I cannot get them to call me back or even email me back, despite 2 emails to Penni, numerous (at least 3; and probably more than that) messages left with the person answering the phone, and 1 detailed voicemail. Honestly I just don't understand what happened; but the after care has caused me to be off of my medication

I didn't even know that the Wonderful could be said in the same sentence with Doctor. Well, I do now. I met Dr. Penni two weeks ago and she is already changing my life. I just signed my Daughter up as well. Our first appointment was over an hour and I had to end it simply because I ran out of things to tell her. She has a plan for me, a real live plan. Not pharmaceuticals, although I am on a few already. She is going to start at the beginning and we are going to figure out how to make me feel great again. I trust her and I believe in her.
