Richard's practice focuses on empowering his clients' ability to make those decisions that provide for the best planning for themselves, their families, and their businesses. Richard's career expands over 25 years when he first served as general counsel to legendary New York Yankee owner, George M. Steinbrenner, before deciding in 1998 with his wife Linda that southwest Florida was the ideal location to raise a family.
Linda Stevens served as a department manager at Naples Community Hospital before realizing her dream to be a successful entrepreneur. Her experiences arose from her commitment to take care of her customers and clients. Our team and our clients are the beneficiaries of this special care. Away from the office, Linda enjoys her family time, her arts and crafts, and travel.
Trish has been playing a significant role in the southwest Florida industry for, well, Trish prefers we just say for quite a while. Her experience and caring approach to all she does is well known throughout our community, and we are proud that she is an important part or our team. Trish is a real estate paralegal for the law office and is also a senior closer for Lyons Title & Trust, our affiliated title company.
Joel is the third generation of the Lyons Family that is committed to providing our clients the very best service and quality in our real estate transactions. Joel graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in finance. He returned to southwest Florida to join the family business and carry on our tradition.
There is more to estate planning than writing a simple will. Wills may be simple or complicated, depending on the family income, assets, number and age of family members, tax status of the family, and many other considerations. While there are many "do-it-yourself" packages on the market, it is always best that wills and trusts be drawn up by an attorney who is knowledgeable in the latest state and federal statutes and tax laws.

Let’s be real, most of the time we need legal services it’s for things that aren’t fun. I had an Issue dealing with my son after his father passed away dealing with his life insurance and she was able to help me out and get me the papers and stuff I needed to resolve the problem.
