Since the early 1950s, doctors here have shared a vision for the skillful, compassionate, patient-centered care that has defined us for decades. Doctors Gerald Corsi, Michael Hoey and James Pearson officially incorporated in 1967. In 1979, they and Dr. Jon Scarr combined practices with that of Dr. Jack Tolin to form Santa Rosa & Rohnert Park Oral Surgery as you know it today.

Bone grafting procedures typically involve grafting (adding) bone or bone-like materials to the jaw. The graft can be your own bone or processed bone obtained from a tissue bank. Needed two emergency extractions and the receptionist got me an appointment first thing on the next business day. The Dr. was kind and explained everything. Both the doctor and the assistant checked in on me multiple times during the extractions. Zero pain, zero aftercare issues. Of course I was sore after the surgery but that's to be expected. I should add that I HATE the dentist and have a HUGE fear of going.

I needed an extraction on a tight schedule due to upcoming brain surgery. All staff and Dr. Tyko were very accommodating communicative and the
all protocols for Covid were followed

My child had all four of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tyko. He was very nice, explained everything and made sure all of our questions had been answered. She had no issues afterwards. From beginning to end His staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is our third child to have wisdom teeth removed, but only our first by Dr Tyko's office. I would highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tyko and the all of the staff at Santa Rosa Oral Surgery
Getting a consolation was quick and scheduling the surgery was easy and they were super flexible.
Being in my 30's I was a little scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed but it was extremely easy and the surgery itself was only 35 mins! I recovered very quickly and overall had amazing experience! Dr. Tyko even called afterward to make sure everything was ok after the surgery and before the surgery explained the procedure and why I didn't need to worry about anything. Would highly recommend

My experience with Dr. Rogers was great. At our first appointment he thought the x-rays showed some possible damage to the sinus cavity and I may need a bone graft. He said he would know more after the tooth was removed. On the day of the extraction the only minor pain I felt was when I got the shot in my mouth to begin. Quite expected. After a few minutes he went to work and the tooth that was causing me pain was extracted in less then 15 minutes with no pain whatsoever. There was some infection which he stated he got cleaned and should not cause any problems. He also said that the sinus cavity

Dr. Tyko is the best!! After going to another oral surgeon here in Sonoma County for my wisdom teeth removal, and after going going back for a questionable second visit a week later, Dr. Tyko took a look at my mouth and told me exactly what my problem was. He saw me as soon as he could and I left feeling a lot better than I did when I went in. There's not another person I would trust more when it comes to dealing with dental issues. Thanks Dr. Tyko!!

Dr. Tyko has been amazing both in terms of his technical expertise and his chairside manner. He is personable and has always included me in my treatment plan. I have had a number of implants over the years and am certain Dr. Tyko's quality of work far surpases others in his field. His office staff is friendly, warm and professional. I have had great results with Dr. Rogers and Santa Rosa Oral Surgery. I highly recommend if you are in need of a tooth extraction or Wisdom teeth removal, he is your man. I personally have had two teeth extractions and my daughter just recently had all 4 Wisdom teeth removed. I have had a lot of dental procedures and Dr. Rogers made it very simple and painless. My daughter was the same. A couple of days of low impact pain and she was fine and healed within the week. Not only is he a great Oral Surgeon but has a good sense of humor and bedside manner.

So impressive! My 18-year-old daughter just had four wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Rogers. He couldn't have been kinder, clearer, or more patient! He always acted like he had all the Time in the world to spend with us and wanted to make absolutely sure that both of us had every question imaginable answered. She's recovering beautifully and he has been attentive. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Hate anything that has to do with the dentist , I get the worst anxiety. Wednesday afternoon I broke a
Molar in half and freaked out. I called my dentist who referred me to Santa Rosa oral
Surgery. Now this is all taking place while we are all sheltered in place. Toni the office gal was so easy to talk to She connected me with Dr.Rogers who wanted to get me in ASAP. He drove to the office early evening and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. Today I had an emergency appointment , they took all the precautions for COVID-19 immediately upon arriving

I am so grateful to find a group of people so dedicated to upstanding service and empathy. I have yet to encounter any person who was less than genuine, professional or gregarious. I had to have wisdom teeth removed at a mature age, not so ideal, accompanied by bone grafting. I was severely anxious and worried about the procedure, not one person made me feel silly or disregarded my feelings. Great Dr, great team, great work.

I had an implant sometime ago and an extraction with an implant at the same time this time performed by Dr. Tyko and his team. I had local anesthesia. Both times I had excellent experience and outstanding results and no complications. It was done fast, very professionally, with care and lots of explanations (that I appreciate). I am very grateful.
