Excellent service! I had my left hip replaced two weeks ago. Everything went well and I am healing up quickly with minimal pain. Dr. McCullum is my surgeon and spent as much time as I needed and I will continually recommend him and the rest of his staff. He let me try the cortisone shot first even though my MRI and X-rays showed I needed surgery. Cortisone only lasted 2 weeks before my pain was back. I will definitely have him do my right hip when and if needed.

Dr McCollum is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have even heard this from people who have worked with him and surgery. I saw Ben yesterday who gave shots / gel injections, and each time he has given injections he has never hurt me once! He's amazing! I highly recommend Dr McCollum and his staff is very professional as well.

The practice is exceptionally Nice, nothing but kind ,helpful words from everyone. All the same personal there, from the first time, I had an appointment. This is important to me, same smiling faces.. Dr. Eilerman comes highly recommended. I feel he will be lead by the hands of our Lord. So glad he is in Knoxville, Tenn. Love this practice, and UT hospital..

Excellent care. My knee replacement was a success. 5 weeks and I am walking normal. Prior to the surgery Dr. McCollum spent his time explaining the procedure and addressed all of my concerns. The staff was helpful and caring which made the process easier. I would strongly recommend this team for any procedure.

My appointment was for 11:10. I was not taken to an exam room until after 12:30. My appointment was for a steroid injection, but Dr Kern and his staff didn't seem to understand that until after Dr Kern had conferred with Dr Tonne who made the referral. It was 1:30 before a nursing assistant was laying out the equipment and medication for the shot. I had been waiting for 2-1/2 hours by this time. At no point did anyone inform me of the expected delay, the probable extent of the delay, or apologize to me for the discomfort and inconvenience I endured. I would not recommend this practice to anyone

DOC EILERMAN spent time in explaining procedure , answered all questions, gave thorough info on procedure , rehab and PT .
I am a mechanical engineer/ my wife, occupational therapist... we always have lots of specific questions....
He spends time with his patients and is supportive, realistic / conservative.....plus a precise , gifted surgeon.
I highly recommend him...
BTW...i had double hip replacement and was blessed with quick recovery..

After having a Total Knee replacement by another Doctor I wanted a second opinion, Saw this Doctor and I understand he does not fully know my history took 3 X-Ray's, Checked for the implant being lose then said lose weight and do exercises.
After 3 years of pain and 300 hours of Physical Therapy I walked out feeling this Doctor doesn't care at all.
In my option do your research and find a good Orthopedic Doctor and forget DR Holt.
