I will never go back to this place. Had my eye brow done by a another girl come out looking uneven!!! My right brow she took way to much off. Not even at all. I look crazy. Call and info the front desk that she took off way to much and I would like a refund. She stated that it will grow back ( what????) And she can give me a simple of brow gel to help it grow back. Ummm no, I would like a refund. Never got one . The girl who did my brow didn't even call me to see or anything. So now I have to fill them in the best that I can and wait for them to grow back. I will never go back there again!!!! What

I normally don’t write reviews but in this case it was a horrible experience. I went for a eyebrow tint and I have gotten it done before. She didn’t even clean the arch stain all over very sloppy and rushed the whole experience. I went straight back and had her take it off. Never again will I be going there.

Best place to get Brows done in Southeast Michigan! I have been going for a year now, and always get a tweeze/tint on eyebrows with Jackie! Additionally, I have gotten a lash lift/tint done, with amazing results. Clean studio, everyone is friendly, easy booking online, free parking. Couldn't recommend more!

I am truly disappointed with my latest interaction with Vinnie and June. I had an appointment of which was in the afternoon and therefore there was some traffic. I called ahead and said I would be late to the appointment but I was going as fast as I could. The receptionist said it was OK and I should still come in. I proceeded to hit every red light and showed up one minute after I said I would be there. I have never been late for an appointment and many times have had to wait to be seen when I arrived on time or early or for the eyebrow wax to heat up. Never then have I complained. I was told

The customer service at this location is great and the salon is very clean. I liked it! My esthetician Jacky was very friendly and I liked her work. The only reason for a 4 star is the price. I paid nearly $50 but didn’t get the full service - just my brows plucked when I felt like the symmetry on the right could have been adjusted with the tint. As a student I hope to give the place a try some time later in the future. Overall great business with friendly staff and good service!
