I shipped my barrels over a mth now and I'm still waiting to receive them. I was promised that I would get them from last Monday. They keep carrying me around in circles. The lady Joy McLeod or whoever is answering the phone is very rude and acts like you're begging something. I am very displeased, this is not my 1st time shipping with you, but it sure is the last and I will never recommend you to anyone

This company is very Unprofessional.I called on Wednesday 12/19/18 and made arrangements for my barrel to be picked up on Saturday 12/22.The lady I spoke with took all my info and said the driver will contact me. Saturday in afternoon I called and the driver was there and said I can’t come today but I’ll get it tomorrow sun 12/23 between 10-11am maybe sooner.Finally reached the lady at 2:45pm on Sunday and was told I gave him your info let me call him.At that point I don’t want you to contact anyone ,that’s not good business practice.I will take my business elsewhere.
