I hired Clean Step Chem-Dry to clean my slate floors. I was able to get in touch with Steve pretty quickly after filling out an online form. He called me and scheduled a quote estimate visit within the same week, and soon after, sent over a quote. This process was very seamless and efficient.
Steve was very professional, on time, and finished the job quickly. The job was a bit tough because slate is a very porous stone, and my floors had an oil-based sealant on them, so he had to remove the sealant first and then clean the floors, which was laborious. Nevertheless, the floors came out excellent

I was recommended to Steve at Chem-Dry after an appointment with a competitor was changed and did not fit my schedule so I canceled and contacted Steve at Chem-Dry. I was very impressed with the entire process. The appointment he made was kept on time and he was very professional and explained what needed to be done. The other company didn't even look at my place. They gave me a quote over the phone site unseen! Steve actually looked at the job and measured all of the areas and then quoted me a price right there. His price was also much better than the price I was quoted by the other company and

Being a pet owner, I did my research while looking for a carpet cleaning company that could take care of puppy accidents. ChemDry delivered a great cleaning and positive experience. I own a large colonial home with white carpet. I also happen to have two children and two dogs. You can imagine how trashed that carpet was when I called to have it cleaned. We try to keep up with a spotbot and with a crosswave but some of the stains were very stubborn. Steve came out within a couple days of my calling and completely saved this carpet. He was friendly, on-time, and did a very thorough job. This is the place to go if you have pets and your carpets the WORST. Steve is a miracle worker! When he was doing the assessment I stated I wasn't expecting much, but for them to look better. My carpets look brand new 100% pleased with the service and Steve was awesome. As long as I have carpets, I will always Clean Step Chem-Dry. I've already started telling people at work lol

I purchased an expensive protection plan on my new Lazy Boy furniture only to find candle wax wasn't covered. I called Clean Step Chem Dry and not only was I able to get my husband's new recliner cleaned on the day I called, it was less expensive than I had thought. Steve is a professional and called prior to arriving so I knew when to expect him. I will certainly use his services for my carpeting in the future and would highly recommend his company.

We had our rugs cleaned today by Clean Step. I am blown away at how beautiful they look and they were not soaking wet after they were cleaned. The other thing is that when we had our rugs cleaned in the past the company was in and out within an hour and the rugs were soaked afterwards. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend Clean Step.
