Virtually Connect- Utilize existing phone numbers & hardware systems while adding in remote video and collaboration through Teams on PC, Mac, & mobile.
With an on-premise system, you purchase the telephone system hardware, networking and server equipment necessary to run your phone system. This equipment lives "on site". Your calls are routed through a traditional phone company as well as through VoIP using SIP trunking. You purchase the telephone system equipment and bundled installation, and we configure, install, train and maintain this system for a low annual fee.
We can customize a plan to fit your business, or you can choose from one of our standard plans below. Had an awesome experience! Eric was very helpful in explaining to our employees how our new business phone system worked. We are in the middle of moving, and Eric was very flexible with coming in to set everything up on our time frame, while making sure not to waste anytime. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great reliable phone provider!

Best Experience with a Phone Provider EVER! These guys went out of their way to test different service options to help us pay less for phone service and also provided a great new Phone System to work for our small office. I never felt like we were just a small customer for them. Eric was super to work with and kept us updated before the actual install and provided training that made sense but wasn't complicated. If there was more than a 5-Star option to rate Eric and the Interwest Team -- they would have it from BCi.

We built a new building for our business and needed data wiring installed throughout the facility. We were in a time crunch when I began calling around for providers. Interwest Communications got me a bid right away and they blew the competition out of the water with their pricing. They went out of their way to fit us into their schedule as quickly as possible and worked with our contractor as needed. They even came back and installed an extra line I had miscalculated on.
