Since 1995, Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) has helped people across the lifespan - from very young children to senior citizens - with programs and services that meet the behavioral health care needs of individuals, support the critical work of providers, advance research and best practices, and deliver the greatest possible value to payers of service.
Dr. Moy is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience in managed behavioral healthcare. He has served as the President and CEO of ABH since 2001. Dr. Moy has significant experience in public sector populations, as both a provider and manager of services, and has worked successfully with state agencies in Connecticut for many years.

Advanced Behavioral Health Inc. is an awesome resource for families in CT. We have connected with Avery, a great staff member that has provided us with information about the SAFE program for families in recovery who are in need of mental health and/or substance abuse help. This is a great organization staffed with amazing people!
