Penny went above and beyond the call of duty! Our journey began just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, which none of us ever expected to contend with. Using a travel agent and purchasing traveler insurance is not something we ever had done before but ultimately made the decision to engage with. This was our first experience and we will never go back to the way we used to do things.

Lack of communication which created obvious misunderstanding which shows the opposite of the motto they have of, "WE'RE HERE FOR YOU TODAY, TOMORROW - ALWAYS".
Declined one option we were given and then over a month later found she was unable to find anything for us and told us less then 2 weeks before our honeymoon date. I reached out multiple times and not responsive. Disappointing and will not recommend or use again. Only positive is she was very nice.

Penny is an amazing travel agent! She always goes above and beyond to answer any questions and to make sure you have the best vacation possible! She also get in touch after your vacation to make sure you didn’t have any issues and enjoyed your stay. If you had issues she makes sure to tell you who to get in touch with and who to talk! I was a bit apprehensive about traveling abroad, but Penny put my mind at ease. We went with Honah Rockenstein for a girls trip to Jamaica! She was great about making sure we got to do everything we wanted. Honah was great about getting back to us right away for any questions or concerns. She was great at helping us find the best resort for the lowest price even when we changed our minds quite a few times! She helped us find a… private driver which I would recommend to anyone so you can do and see what you want and stop whenever you want without all the other tourists on a bus! I would recommend going through Honah for any travel plans!
